Production Process
İpek Pamuk's first goal is to maximize customer satisfaction by making high quality production with methods that do not harm the environment and human health. In this direction, the products requested by the customer are produced in various brands and packages, on computer-controlled fully automatic lines and in a hygienic environment. İpek Pamuk has certificates such as GMP, ISO 9001 and TSE, which are decisive for production quality standards in the world and in Turkey, and it carries out its production by adhering to these standards.
Quality Control
Ipek Cotton production is carried out by T.C. It performs under the permission and control of the Ministry of Health and has TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) Quality Conformity and Manufacturing Sufficiency Certificate. In addition, the company received TS EN ISO 9001: 2000 certificate from TÜV NORD CERT GmbH Co.KG, TS EN ISO 9001: 2015 certificate from TUV AUSTRIA TS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and Quality Sufficiency Certificate from SGS-England for the UK market in line with its high quality targets. Raw material and auxiliary material input, process and finished product controls are carried out in accordance with the specified specifications in the quality control laboratory in line with all these standards, and all records are kept for the period required for traceability.
